Who We Are
MES Public School Orkkatteri started functioning on 9th June 2003. Our aim is to impart quality education to everyone approaching us regardless of caste, creed, culture or religion. The School is situated in a calm and serene area, away from the noise and pollution of the busy town.
The school follows the CBSE syllabus and gives great emphasis to all round development of the personality of each student. Great stress is given to spoken English and students have to communicate in English inside the school campus. Islamic as well as other religious studies are given equal importance and separate time schedule is provided for them.

Co-Curricular Activities
The school places special emphasis on developing the dormant talents in children. We have special Talent Search Programs to identify the talents hidden deep in their minds. In addition to the normal facilities provided for Sports, Games and Recreation, Karate, painting and different Craft works are also taught to the students during the normal working hours. Clubs like Science Club, Literary Club, Arts, Natural Club, Moral Education Club, Sahithya Samajam, Oratory Club, Quiz Club, etc. are also functioning very effectively.
TOURS AND PICNICS
Once in every year, students of higher classes are taken on Educational Tour extending from 2 to 10 days and lower classes on One Day Picnic. A complete student of our school may get the opportunity to visit all important cities and historically important places all over India.

This would really change the blue print of the next generation. Here the students are provided with a wonderful learning experience which we are sure , will enhance their skill to develop their potential.
We also try to inculcate in them an insatiable thurst for exploration. Knowledge is time bound or outcome bound as it is referred to in a knowledge based society.This is in tune with the rapid changes that is taking place in the field of education .An experienced and highly skilled and committed staff work collaboratively to deliver quality education for our children. Here our main objective is to impart enough and equal opportunities to each and every one in our fold for their individual development by providing a student friendly and student centred ambience.
